FEES

AT ALL SITES: 

There is a non-refundable commitment fee of $150.00 due 30 days after first invoicing.  Summer entries will not be invoiced until September 1. In addition the following fees apply and are due before April 1 of the performance year.  After that date a $50 late fee is added.

PRIME SITES (per person fee is in addition to the commitment fee)

5A-6A VARSITY BANDS–$15.00 per performer with a minimum charge of $600.00

ALL OTHER CONCERT BANDS–$14.00 per performer, minimum charge of $500.00

5A-6A VARSITY ORCHESTRAS–$15.00 per performer, minimum charge of $500.00

ALL OTHER ORCHESTRAS–$14.00 per performer, minimum charge of $350.00

HIGH SCHOOL SITES (flat fee in addition to the commitment fee)

Groups of 59 or fewer students pay a flat fee of $300.00 (total cost=$450.00)

Groups of 60 or more members pay a flat fee of $400.00 (total cost=$550.00)
